The 2018 MCHS volleyball team was a very young team, and looking at the competition before the season started, it seemed small compared to the other teams. However, each member held a fire within that made up for their small stature.

One strategy implemented by the VolleyRaiders involved the team’s refusal to allow opponents to influence their performance. They also ignored any factors that might interfere with them from being the best, and they continued to practice and fight to stay on top. Through hard work and dedication, each girl on the team worked to make themselves and their team better.

Determination helped the team fight through a tough season which led to many successes on the court. The 2018 season proved one to remember due to the preserving, strong-willed athletes who contributed to the amazing season.
